Appena arrivati abbiamo fatto rifare il letto perché era sporco ed abbiamo fatto togliere la biancheria piena di macchie. Il bagno era poco pulito e non solo quello. La struttura pubblicizza una SPA che di fatto non c'è (chiusa per manutenzione) . La piscina non viene pulita ed ha molte piastrelle mancati e rotte. L' idromassaggio non funziona. Ombrellone rotto. Il giardino e le piante non sono curate. Avevamo scelto la struttura per le foto e le recensioni ma è stata molto deludente. La struttura è carina ed ha un potenziale molto alto, purtroppo è gestita male da personale improvvisato ed impreparato. Colazione insufficiente per qualità. Servizi mancanti per il costo dell' alloggio.

It's just amazing to staying here!!! All People s are just amazing and down to earth... property itself is very neat and tidy beautifull swimming pool!!! Good game zone!! Ayurveda massage is just wow!! In traditional Kerala style!!!! Rooms & surrounding is well maintained...

The stay was great, ambience was also very nice , they have pool and spa facilities ***** with gaming area namely badminton , pool , carom and table tennis as well. The rooms are also neatly kept and with great hygiene, It is just 50 steps away from the beach so if anyone is planning to visit Alleppey I will definitely recommend them to stay in this property, Staff is also very professional and very polite when asked for some special arrangements also they did it in no time . Would definitely recommend this property to all the tourists.

Amazing experience , beach is just 50 meters from the property. Great rooms and service . I cannot recommend it more . Must stay here if you are vacationing in allepy. Food is good . People are polite and cooperate with your requests . Rooms are clean and well maintained .

Its an awsome & happy stay for our three days at haven!!!! We had a great boat trip great and worthy full body massage!!!!! Yummy kerala food!!! With variety desserts hospitality was outstanding!!!! Alll stafff are well professional!!!! They keep good relations!! Thanks haven team

Really disappointed. The hotel was not comparable to the pictures and reviews and definitely not the same quality as other hotels we went to in Kerala for about the same price. The neighborhood didn’t feel safe either. All the towels were kind of dirty grey, the curtains, bed accessories were also stained. Our third person in the room had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, because no extra bed is available. We tried to change the hotel but it was late, so we stayed there. Globally, it was acceptable for one night but really not what we were used to. We appreciated the pool and badminton court. The kitchen seemed clean and the Indian food was ok. We wouldn’t go back for sure. It’s more like a 2 stars.

Very comfy hotel with clean and nice swimming pool and rooms. The hotel is well arranged with all services provided (breakfast, massage, advices). We booked in direct at the reception and it was fluid, and quick! Personal was very kind, helpful and generous. you will enjoy your stay for sure :)

Everything is good and perfect. Friendly staff, good atmosphere to stay here. Cool and nice. Swimming pool for kids and adults, can enjoy with family and friends. Game zone is also good. They have carrom, chess, snoccer, table tennis, tennis play area etc. We had great time here.

Clean swimming pool, walkable distance to beach, just 1 km to Alleppey Beach. Though the approach road is narrow and there is a levelcross in between, the property is a good one with a badminton court, an indoor play area, a loan, etc. Also, if you need 4 rooms, you can get a whole floor for more privacy with a common hall with a sofa.
